Priddy’s Hard Apartment is a 3rd floor, 2 bedroom apartment, sleeping 4 (+2), furnished and decorated to a very good 4 star standard in the seaside town of Gosport, Hampshire, with fantastic sea views over the Historic Portsmouth Harbour to Portsdown Hill beyond. Sat right on the foreshore with uninterrupted views over the water the apartment is within a modern, superior constructed development with well-maintained grounds called Priddy’s Hard, a 40 acre former Royal Naval Armaments depot, a few hundred yards from the renowned Jolly Roger Pub/Restaurant and Hardway Sailing Club. The apartment offers 2 good sized double bedrooms (one with en suite), with all linen and towels provided, offering king double or single beds to suit, a modern kitchen and bathroom and an open plan lounge/dining room with a sea facing balcony. The lounge/diner is home to a good sized table and 6 chairs to allow comfortable dining for up to 6 guests, a large comfy corner sofa which can convert to create an additional double bed, a large flat screen wall mounted TV, DVD, Music Speaker and complimentary Wi-Fi. The balcony looks out over yachts, dinghys and other pleasure boats moored by the sailing club, plus the odd naval ship when in harbour. Both bedrooms accommodate 5ft king size double beds that can split to create 2 singles if required, with the master bedroom having the bonus of a recently refurbished en suite shower room, plus the main bathroom has also been recently refurbished to a high specification and is fitted with a generous sized bath and shower over. To the rear of the apartment is the modern kitchen, fully equipped for self-catering with all essential mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine. There is allocated and visitor parking and the apartment welcomes short or longer terms rentals all year round. Stokes Bay beach is only a 5 minute drive away, as is Gosport town centre, which in turn is then only a short 4 minute ferry ride to Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays, sat around the harbour entrance. All linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly with a mid week maid service available on request. Child cots and highchairs are also available at no extra cost. (if cots are provided, guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding). Our prices advertised on our website are for up to 4 people over 2 bedrooms in large 5ft king size double beds that can split to create singles, plus we can accommodate 2 more people within the lounge on a double sofa bed at an additional charge of £25 per week/part week per head or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested.
