A character cottage thoughtfully renovated in a contemporary style and comprehensively furnished. Entrance into open plan living and dining area. Feature fireplace, 42 inch Smart TV and WIFI. Separate fully-fitted galley kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine. Kitchen leads to a pretty courtyard garden with table and chairs and BBQ. Access directly to the the off-road allocated parking space. Ground floor cloakroom. Stairs up to the first floor and a kingsize bedroom (5ft kingsize bed) located to the front of the cottage with stunning harbour views. Further bedroom (2x 2ft 6ins singles or a zip and link kingsize bed) with a garden outlook. Family bathroom with large walk-in shower and feature roll-top bath, sink and toilet. Stairs to second floor and master bedroom (5ft kingsize bed) with captain's chairs and an amazing view of the harbour a fantastic hideaway for a quiet G&T! Ensuite bathroom with day/night blinds, corner shower, sink and toilet. Smart TV's in all bedrooms.
Parking - One off-road allocated space with rear access to the cottage (access dimensions: 206cm high / 209cm wide / 450cm long).
