Positive: The apartment looks new and is well located, close to the train station (Gare Midi). It is a big and comfortable apartment with everything required for a short stay. The coffee and coffe machine are a plus, very appreciated ! Easy checking and checkout.

Negative: It is a little bit noisy due to the tramway and neighborhood, mainly for the ones that will sleep in the living room, that is also very enlighted.

Summary: Very good stay !
