Rowan Cottage is a three bedroom Victorian terrace cottage holiday accommodation in Glastonbury Somerset, set well back from the road with ample off road parking. Situated on the outskirts of Glastonbury, Somerset, it is within walking distance, or short bus ride of the High Street, Abbey Ruins, Rural Life Museum and Glastonbury Tor.
During July and August there is a 7 night minimum booking Friday to Friday
(2 - 6 nights can be booked if still available within 2 weeks of arrival date).
Please note: For the rest of the year, on the VBRO website, there is a 40% discount on the day rate booking 7 or more nights so it might be less to book a whole week.
Our Welcome Pack includes Tea, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Chocolates and Toilet Rolls for you arrival so that you can arrive in comfort and relax before you have to go shopping. We also include salt and pepper and enough dishwasher tablets for your stay.
For bookings of 5 days or more we also include a bottle of Prosecco, Fruit Cake.

Within easy reach of Wells and its historic cathedral; the factory shopping outlets in Clarks Village, Street; the Mendips with their show caves at Cheddar and Wookey Hole; the reed beds on the Somerset levels famous for its bird watching and the Glastonbury festival at Pilton.
Within an hours drive of Bath and Bristol; Taunton Somerset's County Town; Exmoor; The Quantocks and the Beaches at Western-Super-Mare. It is ideally situated for exploring the South West of England.

Rowan Cottage has been refurbished with with gas central heating and large screen TV and free Wi-Fi available
The kitchen is well fitted and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric cooker and hob, toaster, kettle. Plates, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils are all provided. A freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in the utility.
The sitting room has large HD TV with freeview and a DVD player and the dining area with antique table and chairs for six.
There is a family shower room with shower, sink and w.c.
THREE BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a double bed and full length mirrored wardrobe and chest of draws.
The second bedroom also has a double bed wardrobe and chest of draws.
The third bedroom has bunk beds.
Although Ideal for 6, additional sleeping for a further 2 guests can be accommodated on a small double (4’) futon in the sunroom and/or a flop-out arm chair that can be made into a single in the sitting room, however you might find the accommodation rather cramped for more than 6 Adult guests.
