The cobbled streets of Guisborough are dominated by the Augustine Priory ruins founded in 1119 by Robert de Brus II. Gateway to the North York Moors National Park where bridle paths and cycle tracks lead to pretty little villages and friendly local tea rooms tucked away deep in the valleys. An ideal holiday location for exploring the Heritage coastline. The Victorian seaside town of Saltburn is but a short drive. Continue your journey along the coast, and visit the smugglers coves at Staithes and Runswick Bay and then Whitby, the famous fishing port. Primrose Cottage is conveniently located close to Shops, pubs and restaurants within 20 yards. Ground floor: Lounge with large comfortable sofa and dining table, kitchen. First floor: 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite with large shower, toilet and basin. Gas central heating, all fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.
