Positive: Quiet location. Lovely warm property. Clear guidance about where to get the key, put rubbish etc. Before we travelled the host advised who to contact in her absence, which was helpful, as we needed assistance with an issue, and this person readily helped.

Negative: We had to wash what cutlery and crockery we needed as they were not clean. We found the tea pot with a decaying tea bag in it. The microwave was also in need of a clean.

Summary: A pleasant property, remarkably quiet despite being off a main road. Great to see and hear horses.
