Seaside Cottage is situated on Sunrise Drive, perfect for guests who want to make use of the onsite amenities – the outside table tennis table, tennis court, pub, cafe and pool are all just a few steps away.
Enter through the front door into the hallway with a downstairs toilet under the stairs. To your left is a door through to the well-equipped kitchen, dining space and living room with 2 comfortable leather sofas, and large Smart TV.
The kitchen has a full size dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. We've also added a nespresso coffee machine.
Plastic cutlery and plates, bowls and cups for little ones.
Dog bowl,mat and treats under sink for 4 legged guests!
French doors open onto the sunny patio with seating for four in the beautiful courtyard garden with table tennis table nearby so you can sit and watch the children play, or enjoy a game yourself!. Parking bays available to the front and rear of the property.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with comfortable kingsize bed, plenty of storage, and TV. There is also a further spacious bedroom with two full-size single beds (this can be made up as a superking bed on request), TV and DVD player and storage.
There is also a light and airy bathroom with shower over the bath, with handheld attachment if required.
We leave a small selection of DVDs, board games, books and beach equipment (under the stairs,) including 4 beach chairs, tent, parasol,windbreak and cool bag, for guests to use.
