The first floor kitchen is well equipped and the open plan living area is bright and airy with balconies and stunning views over Falmouth beach when the tide is low. The sitting area is comfortable and spacious. There is parking for one small car in a garage, under the property, with a tarmac surface. This is a lovely holiday home to come back to time and again at any time of year.
