Summary: Carpet awful, no kettle in room (4th fl), unsafe, no elevtaor. Bed was clean, bathroom nice but then shower tap was broken and I couldn't get hot water (just warm). Had to carry bags up 4 flights stairs. The carpet is just atrocious. No kettle tea/coffee in the room; they cost what £5? Only downstairs which is useless, and a mess there anyway. Won't stay again. Anyone can walk in so felt unsafe.
