South Coast Holiday Home are able to offer this spacious 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, offering open plan living with great social space, from a formal lounge with high decorative ceilings leading into a tastefully modern open plan kitchen perfect for larger families. The apartment provides another bright open living area at the rear of the property, with bifold doors opening onto a Courtyard garden. The impressive Master bedroom is a wow factor with high ceilings and stunning chandelier. The Single bedroom leading off the main hallway is stylish and comfortable and can accomandates a extra single trundle bed. The double guest bedroom is at the rear of the property with bifolds leading onto onto the courtyard Garden and we additional have a double sofa bed if needed.
The property maximum capacity is 6 adults and 2 children only. We are happy to accept one pet free of charge but additional cost on request for extra pets to stay.
The apartment has been highly recommended for families or groups wanting a spacious accomodation near the Seaside.
We provide WI-FI with Smart TV, Amazon Prime & Netflix for your relaxed evenings. The apartment has allocated parking space.
In the garden, we have a large trampoline and wendy house for the children to play for those perfect sunny days.
This is the perfect Holiday home, all year round!
We supply a travel cot with bed linen sheet & highchair. (Please bring your own blankets for the travel cot)
The apartment comes with one allocated parking space (next to the hedge side) and on road street parking with no restrictions for additional vehicles.

We are very close to Bournemouth Town Centre, Beaches, Bars & Restaurants. Walking distance is around 15 minutes or you can commute by local transport,which is reachable within 5-10 minutes. I have provided local taxi companies in your `Welcome guest book` and Bournemouth train station is a short walk away.
Laundry room is located in the rear garden next to the back gate and key is in the door.
** Allocated parking space is next to the hedge side** Additional vehicles will need to park on the road.
