Positive: Location was great - lovely pubs & walks nearby. Cottage itself has great potential but in need of some TLC and a lick of refreshed paint here and there. Prosecco in the fridge!

Negative: Garden needed a mow, ‘garden room’ needed a sweep and de webbing (spider), living room was a bit dog hairy and seemed as though no one had been to stay for a while, lots of spiders in the living room, dead bugs squashed against the wall in one of the bedrooms.

Summary: Great location, cottage has potential but whole place in need of a little TLC.
