Direct rear access on to the Welsh Cycle network and nature trails makes this the perfect location for large or small families and couples to enjoy all Wales has to offer. 30 minutes from Cardiff and 40 minutes from Barry Island this stunning 5 bed, family home can house up to 11. 8 adults and 2 children and 1 infant.
The home is built as a 6 bedroom house but only 5 are available due to one being our personal walk in wardrobe. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 master rooms with en-suite bathrooms and king sized beds. 1 bedroom with a king sized bed and double/king sofa bed so can sleep 4 people in the one room. 1 nursery with a cot for infants and 1 children's bedroom with a double bed. This room is for children only.
The house is made up of a lounge, office, kitchen/dining room, conservatory, downstairs toilet, family bathroom with extra bathrooms in two of the bedrooms. There is a gym in the garage and free parking available for 2-3 cars.
There is a large garden with a play area for children under 10 years old. A decking area with seating over looking the beautiful views. The garden is secure for children and dogs.
We are dog friendly and there is so much in the area for dogs, kids and adults from adrenaline filled fun at Zip World to dog walks in the opposite Lasgarn Woods.
