This home is situated on a quiet street, right by the entrance to Ravenscourt Park. There are a few steps up to the entrance. LIVING ROOM On the left of the entrance hall, is the living room. With high ceilings, this lovely room has a large bay window which provides a lot of light. In the bay window, there is a yellow sofa, with a further leather sofa next to it. These sit facing the fireplace, with another patterned, vintage armchair beside it. A television and a coffee table complete the room, with lots of artwork hanging on the walls as well. On the opposite side of this large room, is a play room and music area- with a piano, large bookcases and children’s toys. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM At the back of the property, is the kitchen and dining room, which has doors out to the garden. The kitchen itself is contemporary and is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is a dining table and chairs, perfect for a relaxed dinner with family and friends. GARDEN The garden has lots of great plants surrounding the patio area, with accompanying table and seating. FIRST BEDROOM Upstairs on the first floor, this bedroom includes a double bed, a side table. There is a hanging rail for guest use. BATHROOM The bathroom is fitted all in white, with a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC. SECOND BEDROOM A child’s bedroom, with a bunk bed comprising two single beds. This room is colourful and filled with books, toys and picture frames. For storage, there is a chest-of-drawers. By the window, there is also a small day bed, suitable for a child. MASTER BEDROOM Upstairs on the top floor, is the master bedroom. This room has a Super-King size bed, with bedside tables on either side. There is an armchair by the window and a hanging rail. BATHROOM This spacious bathroom includes a bath and overhead shower, a basin and a WC. There is a clothes horse at the top of the house opposite the bathroom to dry your clothes.
