A beautiful wooden self-catering holiday lodge – child-friendly, located within a short walk of the woodland trails, outdoor activity area and fishing lakes at Finlake Holiday Resort & Spa in Devon (TQ13 0EJ).
The lodge sleeps up to 4 people across two comfortable bedrooms. The contemporary lounge features plenty of relaxing space, comfy sofas, a stylish electric fireplace, a 50” Smart TV with Netflix and a Play Station.
OUTSIDE
The outside porch leads into the modern and brightly decorated lounge/kitchen/dining room fitted with vinyl flooring throughout. Double glass doors lead to an extensive decking equipped with a wooden patio table and four chairs. It’s a perfect place to enjoy morning tea in the sun.
HOT TUB
The new how tub with 33 hydrotherapy jets is the ultimate relaxation spot to be enjoyed by our guests. It is conveniently located on the lodge decking and shielded by a privacy screen.
LOUNGE
The modern and beautifully furnished lounge area is warm and cosy with an electric fireplace, a coffee table and a couple of sofas with scattered cushions. There is a free-standing 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix, a Play Station and free wireless broadband. The comfortable dining area has a round dining table and four chairs. The sitting area is situated by a glazed window, which lets in a lot of light, giving that lovely spacious feel.
KITCHEN
The fully fitted open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
MASTER BEDROOM
The luxurious master bedroom features a double bed (with a memory foam topper), bedside units and overhead storage space.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom features two superbly comfortable single beds, a wardrobe, and an overhead storage space. Fresh bed linen is supplied for your stay, allowing you to have the most relaxing sleep during your time away.
BATHROOM
The main bathroom has a superb shower within a marble effect shower cubicle, vanity mirror, toilet, washbasin, and chrome towel rail. Fresh luxury hand and bath towels are provided for all guests upon arrival.
Access to facilities (waterpark, gym) needs to be purchased separately. We can preorder it for our guests at a heavily discounted price.

Other things to note
PET FRIENDLY - dogs are welcome at an extra charge (£40/dog). Pets to be supervised.
FAMILY FRIENDLY – upon request we can provide one highchair and a travel cot. Bedding is not provided for the travel cot.
NO SMOKING - no smoking in the lodge.
EARLY CHECK-IN and/or LATE CHECK-OUT may be available for purchase (separately). Please contact us if you wish to order it.
SWIMMING POOL/GYM passes are not included in the price. However, we can pre-order the passes for the guests at a heavily discounted price. Guests will need to collect them from the swimming pool reception and pay upon arrival.
