This three bedroom property offers lots of outside space to enjoy and a short 10 minutes drive of a choice of beaches at either Winterton-on-Sea, Caister or Hemsby. The Norfolk Broads are close by and there's a fantastic pub - The Kings Arms - just 5 mins walk from the house.
This quirky and eccentric property has reminders of its history throughout, including old tools regenerated as clothes hooks and old oil canisters converted to fabulous light fittings.
Through the front door is a large entrance hall. The three bedrooms are all situated downstairs with a lift or stairs to the first floor, making this property fully accessible for all. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with en suite shower room, with two further bedrooms having a standard double bed, and two 3' single beds. There is a modern bathroom with large walk in shower, sink and WC.
In addition to the bedrooms downstairs, there's an open plan living space with a dining table for six and a comfortable L-shaped sofa to enjoy views of the garden. Beyond the garden fencing there is a 2.5 acre fully enclosed exercise paddock for the sole use of guests which has 1.2m wire stock fence all the way round in addition to hedging on 3 sides. There is off road parking at the front of the property for multiple vehicles. Unlimited number of dogs are welcome free of charge.
