Summary: Staff were very nice and polite. Room upgraded and found to be very pleasant and clean. Noted no clock or pen/paper in the room. No water in the fridge. The bed and bedding was a dream!! 18th floor bar/restaurant very elegant with really nice bar staff. Overall a lovely stay
