Review Score: 4

Summary: The hotel decided to cancel my booking 2 days before the trip because they couldn't be bothered to open. They then put the phone down on me when discussing this with them. Still haven't received the refund. They also cancelled on me last year which I think was due to over booking. Don't trust this hotel.
