Private parking The Granary is a welcoming two-storey detached country cottage, sleeping 4 (+ cot), set in the beautiful East Devon countryside, just 15 minutes drive from the M5 (J27). Guests have the use of a large heated indoor swimming pool (33ft), sauna, gym, children's play areas, 12ft trampoline, laundry facilities, an enclosed pond area with ducks and friendly chickens and two acres of grounds.
Upstairs there are two attractive bedrooms (one double and one twin) and downstairs there is a bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and separate freezer and a lounge with flat screen TV, DVD player and free WiFi. The cottage has a log-burning stove for cosy evenings and oil-fired central heating. The Granary has its own enclosed patio area, perfect for enjoying a drink as the sun sets, as well as its own private parking area. Stair gates are fitted and cots and high chairs are available on request (no extra charge).
We are pet friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs at a supplement of £20 per dog.
