Ideal for a travelling couples or lone travellers alike, you’ll be hard-pressed to not fall in love with this space instantly.The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

The home is located in one of London’s prime real estate areas, giving you easy access by foot to some of the city’s most premium shops, restaurants and bars. Although it sleeps a maximum of two, the flat is exceedingly spacious, with a large, recently redesigned, living room, master bedroom, and bathroom. The home has been styled to evoke the natural, regal nature of its surrounding neighbourhood, and additionally features a well-sized dining room space, kitchen, and living area - which is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day soaking up London’s sights. You can comfortably host dinners for four, and still have enough room to spread out on the couch and watch a bit of Netflix on the flatscreen TV. Situated on the bottom floor, you’ll have quick access to the street level via a short flight of stairs, and can easily find a perfect brunch spot just around the corner, or a bar to grab a drink in during the evenings. The master bedroom is the epitome of luxury, with a plush mattress and duvet over a double bed frame. The bathroom features dedicated facilities for both bathing and showering, perfect for freshening up in the morning or soaking away the day in the evening. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

You’re also an easy ten minute stroll away from Hyde Park, which can be accessed via the beautiful and historic Queen’s Gate - and is the ideal spot for a scenic stroll by itself or to connect to the absolute centre of the city nestled on the northern corner of the park. In your vicinity, you’ll enjoy easy access to a variety of dining and drinking spots, including local pubs, trending bars and michelin-starred restaurants.

As you’re so centrally located, you’ll be able to get anywhere in the centre of the city either on foot, by tube (via Gloucester Road’s Piccadilly Line), or by Taxi and Uber. You’ll never be short of local amenities to enjoy, though, so whether you want to stay local or travel further afield, this is the ideal place for you.

The home is located on the basement level of its flat block, so you’ll be able to access the main entrance via a set of outdoor steps. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
