The Space:
Ascend the lift to the third floor and enter this exquisite apartment and into the spacious hallway. Beautiful parquet flooring runs throughout.
From the hallway you enter the stylish and spacious kitchen / living room / dining area which is a lovely space to cook and share a meal, enjoy a film or curl up with a book. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hobs, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
The lounge area provides comfortable seating, a smart TV and a dining table that seats four.
The bedrooms and bathroom also lead off from the hallway. The first bedroom has a luxurious superking sized bed, wardrobe and full ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a superking sized bed that can be split into two singles (upon request) and a wardrobe. A further full modern bathroom sits next to the second bedroom.
This apartment has been beautifully renovated and thoughtfully offers everything you need for a city stay including a washer/dryer and high speed wifi throughout. Although in the centre of the city, the apartment is positioned so that it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.
