Kipp Away is a brand new, high-end caravan in 2021, set in the grounds of the Coastal Kippford Holiday Park, an award-winning David Bellamy Gold Conservation site since 1997, with its spacious grounds and wonderful views; it is the ideal base to explore the area.
Kipp Away is delightful with its large open-plan living/dining/kitchen space, with tasteful décor, comfy sofas, and patio doors opening onto the decking, with outdoor furniture and views of the Galloway Hills in the distance. Sit and relax on the decking over breakfast or enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine! There are two lovely bedrooms, both beautifully decorated, one with an en-suite toilet and washbasin.
Quietly set on the park, Kipp Away is a short stroll from the delightful small seaside of Kippford which has one or two ’cockleshell’ beaches. There are numerous walks and coastal paths in and around the village. A particular spectacular walk is along the National Trust path to Rockcliffe where there is a sandy beach. Walk there and back and enjoy a meal or drink in one of the two excellent seafront pubs in Kippford.
This beautiful corner of South West Scotland is a joy for all ages. Perfect for mountain biking the famous 7Stanes in the nearby forests, or enjoy the many historic castles, National Trust gardens and RSPB sites the region has. For younger guests, there are ice cream farms, farm parks and even a chocolate factory!
We ask that small dogs and other small pets are kept out of the bedrooms, and when left unattended in the property, are placed in a crate - we are able to provide a crate free of charge if needed.
