Nestled within a newly renovated building just on the outskirts of York City Centre, this cosy apartment offers everything you could need for any length of stay in York.
The ideal location, close to local amenities such as supermarkets, chemists, takeaways, pubs, and just a 15 minute walk to the York Shambles in the heart of the City Centre with a bus route just a 2 minute walk away.
The apartment is located just below ground level, therefor there are just a few steps to access to reach the door of the property, once you are in the full premises is located on one floor.
You are immediately greeted with a modern and contemporary kitchen space, with all the electrical appliances you could need, including a full fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and a hot kettle tap.
