Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent except the EV charger. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and sunken seating area. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, however smoking is not allowed. You can find a shop in 0.1 miles, and a pub and beach in 0.2 miles. The Old Coastguard Lookout is a stunning property for a memorable Cornish break.

Note: The outside seating provided is sunken to be private and as out of the wind as is possible on such a North facing cliff location, there are no sun loungers as in coastal areas like this they can be hazardous. Note: There is no 'welcome pack' of milk, coffee, tea etc, as this is not to everyone's taste so it can be wasteful which we do not want to encourage.
