This beautiful apartment has been designed and furnished by interior designers to an extremely high standard with contemporary fixtures and fittings. The property has some wonderful and individual artwork and design pieces, giving the property a colonial feel.
The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has patio doors leading out onto the tree lined avenue and communal lawn. This posts the perfect spot to catch the last of the evening sun with a glass of wine on the outside seating provided.
The master bedroom has a beautiful king sized bed along with a shower en-suite. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own televisions.
There is a family bathroom with bath and a separate utility area with a washer and dryer for all of your utility needs.
The Pavilion accepts families and couples aged 25 plus. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.
Please note: the private patio is not enclosed. The communal grassed area to the front of the property is enclosed by a wall and gate.
