Positive: Great facilities, excellent food and comfortable room. Enjoyed the amenities in the room and the spa was excellent.

Negative: I was thoroughly disappointed by the service of the some of the staff. As a four star hotel the level of service received in lead up to and during our stay did not meet my expectations. From a very inflexible booking system at the spa to seeing the staff witness another hotel guest who was weelchair bound struggling with the door and failing to go over to help requiring another hotel guest to step in.
