Positive: Lovely old stone cottage..very Characteristic and close to Town...all mod cons with smart TV and DVD player..plenty of parking and big Garden! Easy walk to the waterfalls via the back of the property and very quiet!! All kitchen equipment supplied and all working OK. Comfy sofa and chairs in lounge and was very homely.Very enjoyable cottage all in all..but some little niggles!! We loved The cottage and Tintagel and the niggles below are for reference...it didn't spoil anything about the Holiday and we all laughed at the noise of the plumbing after the first day but if you have young kids be aware of using the toilet in the early hours!! Definitely a nice little place and a nice welcome bottle of wine from the owners was nice!!

Negative: Plumbing made a terrible noise after flushing toilet and sounded like it was going to explode!! Also, the boiler had to be turned off and on frequent to get hot water from the shower...OK after the first person been but went colder the more people used it.Some people may moan about a Damp smell around the house but we only noticed a little bit..its 200 years old apparently so we can let that slide. WIFI is OK but very slow. Instructions in the folder need to be updated for little things like the coastal path walk as it states go through the gate at the end of the Garden but it's a dead end and a couple of the menus for the Local restaurants are old!! Again little things that didn't spoil our Holiday and is for the more picky people!!

Summary: Lovely old stone cottage...Nice location!!
