Positive: Location was perfect. Lochawe is a nice village with a good local shop and pub. Scenery stunning. Plenty of wildlife and a robin in the property back garden actually ate food from my hand. During our week there we travelled to Inveraray, Oban, Glencoe, Portavadie marina, Fort William, Tarbert all commutable easily by car with nice drives. House is great especially for the price. Hosts were quick to reply during our stay and helpful. I’d highly recommend and would use this property again.

Negative: No fault of the property or the hosts but the property would of been perfect if it had a downstairs toilet. My elderly parents struggled with the stairs, especially the bend in the stairs. Bit of a big drop in the bathroom entrance too, so safer to leave the bathroom light on.

Summary: Good location, House, Hosts. Peaceful and relaxing.
