Cosy lounge with comfortable seating for 6, Victorian feature fire place and smart T V with internet access T.V. DVD player. Books and local information tucked into one of the numerous wall cupboards. Upstairs on the 1st floor is a double bedroom with small original fireplace with views over the river; a bunk bed room with full size pine bunks sporting fine views of Heron Pike and a bathroom with a corner bath, toilet and basin. On the top floor reached by an original steep flight of stairs is a bedroom with exposed beams that can be a double or twin room and another bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside there is ample parking for 3 cars and a south facing patio with table and chairs looking over the river towards Buttercrags and Alcock tarn. No pets or smoking allowed in the cottage. Price includes electricity, gas, bed linen, towels, free Wi Fi . Cot and high chair available on request. Please note the cottage is cleaned and maintained by the owners who live in the village and are on hand if needed.
