Rock cottage is a very well presented and equipped 2 bedroom semi-detached family home in the Cornish village of Delabole. Ideally located to explore the North Cornwall coast. Within a short drive of the property you will find a number of beautiful beaches such as, Polzeath and Daymer. The Famous Port Isaac is 5 miles away where you will find yourself in scenes familiar with fans of ‘Doc Martin’ and if you’re lucky hear The Fisherman’s Friend’s as they perform on the platt outside their local pub.
As you enter this beautifully presented 2 bedroom detached character cottage, through the elegantly mosaic tiled entrance, with seating and ample storage for coats and shoes; you will feel a genuine taste of Cornish village life. Set in the residential village of Delabole, a stones throw from the famous Delabole Slate quarry, Rock Cottage offers a spacious and well planned living area, including log burning stove, comfortable sofas (one is a sofa bed) and a raised dining table area to comfortably sit 4; but the real gem within the living area, is that Rock Cottage comes with its very own bar area in the living room, complete with a traditional pub bench.
