Positive: *Location was excellent, 2 min from the subway/bus and pharmacy/grocery store. *Apartments setup is comfortable

Negative: *Downstairs are 2 pubs which become very noisy in the afternoon. *The property lacking proper kitchenware. *Contact with property manager was spotty at best, and he seems to arbitrarily ignore questions and requests.

Summary: Great if you don’t mind noise and don’t need anything other than bare neccesities
