Stairs lead up from the sitting room to the bedrooms above, all with sea and valley views.A short downhill walk takes you to the wonderful long Amroth beach, here you can join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, to explore the wonderful coastline on your doorstep. The miles of sandy beach make it ideal for boating and water sport enthusiasts. There are several pubs and cafes on the seafront for you to try, or over the headland is Wisemans Bridge, enjoy a meal in the beachside pub to refresh you, ready for the return journey. There is also another excellent restaurant, Coast, on the next beach - Coppet Hall, accessed via a coastal walk through the tunnels, with a further selection of pubs, restaurants and shops to explore in the bustling village of Saundersfoot. The medieval walled town of Tenby with its pretty cobbled streets and picturesque harbour is well worth a visit, from here you can take a boat trip to the monastic Caldey Island.The National Trust Colby Woodland Gardens are only a 0.5 mile walk from the cottage, the rhododendrons and azaleas are stunning.
