Positive: Location is very handy for Legoland and it seems a nice area with some small shops nearby for supplies.

Negative: Permit holder street parking only and no driveway. There is on street parking round the corner and free parking in the nearby park but this isn't ideal for loading and unloading or getting the kids back to the house. The house was tidy but it would really benefit from a deep clean. A few items such as blinds on windows were faulty and the garden was a mess. The property has a lot of potential and could be a stunning home but it does need some updating to make it more presentable and comfortable for short stays.

Summary: Great location but not quite as expected
