On the ground floor is also a sitting room and a kitchen with dining area and stable doors to the garden. Outside is a lawn garden at the back with picnic bench, a little shared paved area at the front and parking for one car. Vine Cottage is a characterful place for enjoying a Devon break in a very beautiful area.
