We have discounted our rates to reflect this - hopefully there will be no works during your stay, we just cannot guarantee this - but we wanted to be completely open with all our guests before booking. thebeachhouse is an inspiring townhouse with stunning open-plan living room and kitchen/diner with elevated penthouse views over St Andrews bay.
The open plan 'manhattan loft' is our feature area - a first floor lounge and kitchen/diner which gives you elevated views from the Cathedral at the rear to the beaches and Castle out front.
We have three bedrooms (one double and two twins) which will sleep six people, three bath/shower rooms, and in addition a garden room/snug with a corner sofa
Please note, as our townhouse has an open plan middle floor, it is not possible to put stair-gates on for very young children.
