This unit comes with a private hot tub, overlooking the private garden with stunning views across the Lincolnshire countryside. There is private off street parking.. Helsey Farm Holiday Cottages are a lovely place to relax and get away from it all, situated on the edge of the owners’ livery yard, there are five properties. Whether looking for a romantic break away or a family gathering, they are ideal for families and friends looking to holiday in Lincolnshire.

There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, 100 yards away and only small dogs will be permitted on-site.
Hen/stag and same-sex groups outside of couples/families if aged under 21 will need prior approval from the park.
Please note a working livery is set on Helsey Farm Cottages along with continued development work whilst kept to a minimum, may cause some disruption.
