FALLING WATER is set in the heart of Exmoor National Park. Tucked away in Woody Bay, the apartment is one of three with beautiful sea views and is just a 5 minute walk from the South West Coastal Path with its dramatic rocky beaches and enticing rock pools. Join the coastal path and walk to the breathtaking Valley of Rocks and on to Lynton and Lynmouth (or jump in the car and be there in 10 minutes!). Head in the opposite direction and discover Heddon’s Mouth, Combe Martin, Watermouth and Ilfracombe beyond.
FALLING WATER has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and everything you could need for a relaxing escape to beautiful North Devon. It has been decorated to a high standard and has a strong mid-century aesthetic.
LIVING AREAS
The living room has comfy seating for up to 5 people and fantastic home entertainment including a flatscreen TV with NOW TV subscription (movie & entertainment packages). There is WiFi internet access as well as a bluetooth speaker, board games, puzzles, books and a DVD player with DVDs. (Please note that due to the location, WiFi can sometimes be intermittent dependant on weather conditions)
The dining table seats 6 and has lovely ocean views. A booster seat is available to ensure the little ones are comfortable too!
KITCHEN
Falling Water has a smart and well-equipped kitchen. Appliances include: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, blender, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric mini chopper, electric whisk and scales. There is a great choice of pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery (including children’s). A washing machine is located in the separate utility room.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: Wake up to sea views in this double bedroom with king size bed. There is a hair dryer as well as storage space for your belongings, including hanging space, shelves and bedside cabinets with lamps.
Bedroom 2: This room can be a large double or a twin with zip-link beds (please specify which configuration when booking). There is also a hair dryer, hanging space, shelves and bedside cabinets with lamps.
A travel cot is available.
BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Family bathroom with bath, shower over, wash basin, WC, shaving plug and towel rail.
Bathroom 2: Shower room with wash basin, WC, towel rail, shaving plug and a full length mirror.
Bath towels are provided.
OUTDOORS
There is a paved front garden with a BBQ area and seating for 4 to allow you to make the most of the sea views.
There is an allocated parking space for 1 car, and a second car can be parked in a visitor space (NB there are two visitor spaces for the three apartments).
Some beach toys are provided for taking with you on your beach adventures!
