Nestled at the foot of the South Downs National Park and is located within the grounds of a garden centre, offering a farm shop and cafe. A bus stop outside the garden centre provides a regular bus service into Brighton, perfect for exploring this bustling seaside resort with its range of shops and well-known attractions such as the Brighton i360 and Royal Pavilion. Enter into the hallway where there is space for leaving coats and boots and then head through into the light and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceiling and oak beam features. The lounge area has two comfy armchairs and a sofa, the perfect spot for relaxing in front of the wood burner after a day out exploring and catching up on your favourite programme on the Smart TV.
