There are plenty of walks and mining trails to explore, nearby Penryn offers various eateries and pubs while Falmouth offers a charming mix of shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. Enjoy a meander around Falmouth Harbour, the third largest natural harbour in the world, or take a leisurely stroll up to the historic Pendennis Castle and enjoy an ice-cream overlooking the panoramic views of Falmouth Bay and over to the fishing village of St Mawes.
Upon arrival enter the property set over one level via the stable door into the beautifully appointed lounge/kitchen/diner complete with wood burner and vaulted ceiling. Take time to relax at the end of the day and sink into the tasteful furnishings before enjoying your favourite movie on the Smart TV with the fire roaring. The kitchen area has been thoughtfully styled and is just perfect for all your holiday home cooking requirements with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, to cook up a feast for the family at the dining table. The king-size bedroom has a built in wardrobe and full length mirror to get ready for your day. There’s ample storage space and double doors opening to the garden from the lounge. The shower room has a shower, WC and washing machine. There’s is also plenty of space in the twin bedroom at the other end of the property.
Outside, there is a spacious terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs so you can dine alfresco using the charcoal BBQ. The garden is perfect for relaxing in and is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs. There is parking for two cars on the gravelled drive.
