Kenny Tutt the MasterChef winner has two restaurants here, Pitch and Bayside Social. With its beautiful palm-tree lined promenade, the seafront is based around the historic pier and a revamped beach parade. Walk or cycle to the many surrounding beaches, Goring Beach, South Lancing and Kingston. The 700 coastal bus stops right outside the house and takes you to Brighton one way or Arundel and Littlehampton the other. Prepare a picnic and take one of the many walking trails into the South Downs National Park.
