Enter into this homely property via an access ramp and porch, ideal for prams, through a second door into an open plan dining/living area with dining table and chairs, corner sofa, TV, DVD, Xbox Series X and a large selection of DVDs to choose from. Off the hallway is a modern kitchen, and there is a further cosy ’bijou’ living area which is in the centre of the property with a small reclining sofa, Smart TV and French doors that lead to the decking area with patio furniture. All three bedrooms lead from here, two doubles and a single, including TV’s with built-in DVD players. The double bedrooms have enough storage to accommodate the whole party. The family bathroom features a corner shower cubicle with an electric shower, toilet and sink.
In one of the outbuildings in the garden there’s a further laundry room for convenience, providing a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Located on the side of the property is a private garden, with a slate chipping covered floor.
