Coastguard Cottage offers three bedrooms, up the stairs which, as you might expect from a Grade II listed cottage, are twisty and steep. The double bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and boast the original period fireplaces. The front double enjoys the best of the views. The rear double has a 30" TV with an Apple TV device to access your streaming apps. There is a toilet and basin upstairs too. Downstairs you will find the well-equipped kitchen which is ideal for catering for all the family meals, the family bathroom with both shower and bath, the open plan living/dining room has a 50" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon, and the most amazing, ever-changing sea views looking out across the Goodwin Sands and beyond. During the warmer months, the rear patios are sure to be a popular spot after a day at the beach, exclusive to the property, unfenced as the communal walkway cuts through. If you cannot get enough of the sea-view, you can enjoy a picnic on the large front communal lawn whilst looking out to sea?
This is an ideal location for a relaxing break on the coast for both couples, friends and families to enjoy. It is also perfect for keen walkers and cyclists, with the cottage located along the route of the Viking Coastal Trail and the England Coastal Path. A stone’s throw from the sea, days can be enjoyed on the sands of the beach which is within a minutes walk. Coastguard Cottage is situated a short stroll into the Ramsgate Royal Harbour and the High Street. A great choice of bars and cafés, all of which boast stunning views across to France.
