The magnificent botanical gardens at Trebah, shaped by this part of Cornwall’s unique micro-climate, and its sandy beach are just 14 miles away. The fascinating town of Falmouth is less than 20 miles away; discover its maritime heritage and explore Pendennis Castle. Alternatively, put on your walking boots and head out to the South West coastal path to explore the trails and cliff walks along the Lizard Peninsula, just 11.5 miles away.

Entry to the property is via 12 external stone steps down from the parking area to the front door and then one small step up into the delightful and spacious entrance hall. Off the entrance hall, there is access to the kitchen, living room and stairs to the first floor. Throughout the property, you will find calming colours that create a relaxing ambience during your stay. Enter the spacious, light-filled kitchen/dining area, and savour memorable meals around the dining table as you relive the day’s adventures. Head through to the lounge, where you can unwind on the comfortable armchairs to read, chat or enjoy afternoon tea on the coffee table. An open fire makes this a cosy space all year round, and patio doors lead from here onto the garden terrace. Two steps down is the beautiful, substantial garden room where you can unwind on the plush sofas and view the garden through the lovely bay window doors or watch a favourite film together on the Smart TV. Head upstairs from the hall and you’ll find four sumptuous bedrooms. There is are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower, and one single bedroom. A family bathroom with a walk-in shower, underfloor heating and WC completes the interior features of this marvellous property.
