Gather round the dining table tucked in the corner, and afterwards lounge on the comfortable seating and enjoy a sociable evening, perhaps with a show on the Smart TV. The kitchen is another bright and generously sized space, and includes a breakfast bar and all the equipment you’ll need for creating delicious holiday meals. You’ll also find a handy ground-floor family bathroom. Head up the stairs for the bedrooms – with some low, sloping ceilings, exposed beams and internal steps. Full of character, they all have ample storage and, while one of the doubles has an en-suite, there’s a family bathroom on this floor, too. Let children and pets play in the enclosed, lawned back garden (reached via steps from the patio), where there’s a picnic set for al fresco dining and an ornamental well. To the front, you have a raised terrace with rural views, furnished for both dining and relaxing, and you’re also welcome to use the shared playing field, BBQ and fire pit.
