This beautifully converted former hay barn is set over three storeys, with the living space in the middle and bedrooms above and below. Head first for the bright and spacious lounge, where comfortable seating is ready for good conversation, curling up with a book or streaming a film on the Smart TV. The long, thin kitchen contains an array of appliances, including a wine fridge, ideal for any creative cook. It leads to the triple-aspect dining room, which boasts gorgeous views and a large table for convivial meals. On the lower-ground floor, there’s a family bedroom with an en-suite shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The top floor, which has characterful rugged beams and sloping ceilings (some of them low in places) features another family bedroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Guests can use the shared facilities on the farm, which has 10 acres of land to explore.

Also Paignton Zoo, 14 miles and the National Marine Aquarium Plymouth within 25 miles.
