Positive: The property had 3 parking spaces which was great as our family group came in 3 cars. A great location for a short walk to the beach at Alum Chine and 25 minutes along the promenade to central Bournemouth. The house was warm, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge. Communication with the letting agents was good.

Negative: The shower in one of the bedrooms leaked onto the bathroom floor, the plug was blocked and sealant damaged. There was no light working in the porch which made it difficult to open the lock box in the evening. The lights in the entrance hallway didn’t work and some bulbs in other areas needed replacing.

Summary: We all enjoyed a great stay at the property, the few things that didn’t work properly didn’t spoil our stay.
