The apartment has a private entrance with stairs to the first floor, which offers a bright lounge with beautiful bay window and character fireplace. Kitchen with fitted units, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher with access to private balcony via french doors. Utility room on the landing with washing machine. Also a double bedroom with bay windows and feature fireplace. The second floor hosts a good size master bedroom (with fitted wardrobe space) and second double/twin room - please select your zipbed option on the booking form. Family bathroom with W.C. sink and bath/shower combination.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Cleaning is done as normal, as an exception to our ECO policies, we will use cleaning products containing disinfectants. Linen and towels are always washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.
Off road parking space for small hatchback car, plus unrestricted parking on nearby residential roads (please note during the Summer period parking may be difficult). Complimentary WIFI. Security Deposit Refundable deposit for the amount of £350.00 is taken with your balance payment; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRANSACTION in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are refunded within 5 days after your departure. It will take 5-7 working days to clear back into your account (time dependable on your bank)
