Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Convenient location for visiting our family who live locally. Clean and compact well equipped little cottage. Easy to park on the road nearby. Walk-in wardrobe type room was very useful. Lots of drink options and extra treats including toiletries, thank you.

Negative: We couldn’t get the wall light above the dining table to work, so it was a bit of a dark corner facing the wall for our meals. We’re not used to a wet room and got a squeegee out of a downstairs cupboard to ensure all the water went down the plug and the floor dried enough for us to continue to use the en-suite without getting wet feet.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and convenient for a visit to our family in the same village.
