Downstairs the kitchen dining area and lounge are open plan, the lounge has patio doors opening out onto a decked patio area, with outdoor furniture, and looks out over the enclosed private garden with little tikes play area and children's play house. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one Master with king size bed, balcony and en-suite with walk in shower. There is a twin bedroom and the middle bedroom that can be either a single, twin, or single with cot. The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over. There is ample parking in front of the cottage. If you do not wish to use, or bring, your car there is a bus stop within a couple of minutes walk. The Train also stops in Shanklin town which is roughly a fifteen minute walk. There is nearby cycle hire and plenty to keep you busy within walking distance. Clematis is child friendly, equipped with stair gates, high chair, travel cot, toys and bed guards if needed.
