Wall mounted electric heater. There is also a shower room. Outside there is a private front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, outdoor bath tub and fire pit and ample off-road parking is available. Within 1.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and river and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One small well-behaved dog allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Coombe Valley Shepherds Hut is a lovely base for your next Devon getaway.
