There are golf clubs at Trevose and St Enodoc near Rock. The cottage is about 3 minutes walk to the sandy and rocky beaches of Trevone Bay and fabulous walks around the coastline to Padstow or the other way to Harlyn Bay. Surfing from the local beaches or one of the many within a couple of miles is popular and many offer Stand Up Paddle Board and Surfing lessons.
